2. Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. Prices are displayed in GBP and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
3. Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 3–5 working days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
4. Returns & Refunds
Due to the personalised and perishable nature of our gift boxes, we are unable to accept returns unless items arrive damaged or faulty. If your order arrives in an unsatisfactory condition, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
5. Personalised Items
Gift notes and personalised messages are added at your request. We are not responsible for errors in personalisation details provided by you. Please review all personalisation carefully before submitting your order.

All content on this website — including images, text, logos, and design — is the property of Rose & Birch and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
